The following conditions apply to our rates:

High Season May Long Weekend through to Thanksgiving
Low Season February 15 to May Long Weekend
Closed after Thanksgiving
Three and a Half nights stay gets you the weekly discount Fee
Low Season rates are 30% less than the High Season Rates listed on the accommodations below
Weekly rates are discounted

The rental of any unit entitles you the use of our Common Area at Clam Bay and its following facilities:

Hot Tub & Sauna
Ocean Bathhouse
Parking
BBQ
Pick up & return to the Ferry dock

For an additional expense our Dock and Mooring is available.

The Farm House - High Arctic House

The Farm House, Also known as the "High Arctic Place" is the heart of Clam Bay. It has the perfect environment for your meals, evening get-togethers, wrap up sessions or simply for relaxing.

Heritage House

Originally built in the early 1900's, this beautifully renovated cottage is located within view of the Ocean. Surrounded by stately forest, and many varieties of wildflowers, the Heritage House is truly a "home away from Home"

The Craft House overlooks Clam Bay's pastures, gardens and vineyard. For evening entertainment, enjoy the piano in the sitting room.

Sod Roof Cottage

A perfect romantic getaway overlooking a pleasant field and the ocean. Very private and cosy. This cottage is beautifully decorated. Relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean.
